I'm very pleased with this computer. I work from home and was in need of a new workstation. As an entrepreneur, I must be mindful of my dollars and cents. This machine was just a no-brainer at the price. I've been using it for 2 weeks now, and I have ZERO complaints. I've loaded it with my files and software without incident. I've worked on it 8+ hours a day. Everything runs quickly and smoothly, and I'm very pleased with the machine. What I Love - Slim size case - 10, YES TEN, USB ports - 2TB of hard drive, I had 500GB before and was using my external backup to make the lack of space suffice - I can live stream - Runs 2 screens What I Don't Love - The hard drive is loud That's it. I'd definitely buy one of these again. The transaction was smooth, the shipping was fast, and the item arrived with everything it was supposed to have.

I purchased this refurbished desktop computer to replace an old outdated computer. It has been working great for about 2 months. I would have given a 5 star rating, but had some issues with the wireless adapter dropping the WIFI signal. The vendor offered to replace it, but the one that was included was very cheap. I purchased a slightly better adapter and since then have had no issues with the WIFI signal. Everything else is working great.

Day 1, the machine is operating flawlessly. Windows 10 active, superfast, quiet, and with 2TB of storage, i backed up everything from the previous machine with plenty of space left. The wifi dongle is a great bonus, i also added a bluetooth one for sound. Huge thanks for a great value!

I ordered the PC on the morning of Jan 28th and it arrived the next day at 10:00 am. Unit came with mouse and keyboard which I was not expecting. Hard drive size and ram memory matched as advertised. Unit housing looked great, no blemishes. Unit fired right up. DVD player and USB wireless adapter works. I would recommend this unit and would consider buying any future PCs or components from SunsetMicro. To date I'm very satisfied with product. This was definitely cheaper that buying a larger HD, adding RAM memory, and upgrading to Windows 10 Pro on my old PC.

Does not come with windows 10 Pro. It comes with home for refurbished pcs. It is missing the grate that covers the pcie slot. The wifi it comes with is a generic wifi N usb dongle The case looks like someone sat on top of it and rode it down a hill like a sled. Probably the most disappointing amazon purchase I've ever made.

Well packed item, outstanding value. Not sure why some people had issues with start-up. It was as easy as any new computer I purchased before and the WiFi works awesome, only thing I feel could of been better is the keyboard. Very cheap. I used my old one. I did not buy it for the keyboard anyway. Thanks!

What I DO like about this product is that it lives up to its name with its sales description for the most part. It is fast, accurate and for once (so far) I have not had a problem with the refurb Windows 10 that was installed (whoa, that's a small miracle in and of itself!). What I do NOT like about this product is the utterly outdated and practically USELESS so-called wifi system that they sent with this package. It, in FACT was outdated after 2017, has an installation manual that is ENTIRELY written in chinese and is indecipherable to the point of installing blindly that only lasts for 24 minutes before it fails EVERY time! Every attempt to revise update this so-called realtek wifi product or to install this program to last, has met with the very same 24 minute run/fail non-performance! I have not yet contacted the distributor but that will be happening tomorrow and I will update you with the truth of whether this product and its sellers are worth the time, money and/or effort if and when I reach them. Then we'll see if they live up to their advertising claims.

I actually returned the product, not because of performance, but because it would not accommodate SD Cards and a few other outlet preferences missed. Probably my confusion, but the unit was not a promoted in the ad.
