Can I open the pill and pour it into water?

Yes you about 15 to 30 minutes to find a bathroom.

How long does it take to start working? I am on day two and nothing.

Right now I only used 2 capsule but at the beginning you need to used 4 at night before bedtime and next day works perfectly, I drink a lot of water to activate the capsule, my wife used it too, we are very satisfied with the product, hope works for everyone too.
