I have been consuming Carborance for past 3 years for building endurance, it just works. It helps a lot to load carbs during endurance exercises for me, without it the exercises feel like hell and it pains a lot. Slowly, I started to give it to my father too, who also does the endurance exercises( walking, cycling) along with me. The only thing I am unhappy about the product is that in totality it requires 2 sachets or 2 servings for an hour in practicality but the nutritional information says 1 is enough, which isn't. That makes it on a bit expensive product, but totally worth it.
