we bought it with due respect for Indian manufacturing company Pegion, but this particular product is dangerous. there is a news about it that the tempered glass broke when we keep cold things on it. heard the news about it already. but due respect on Bangalore based product. but later realised its a bad decision. The product is dangerous, because each time I tried to switch it on by lighter, its catching fire, today it catches a huge fire in kitchen, almost dead. my hands burnt while switching the knob OFF. can't type on my Laptop keyboard now, I have huge work pending. I never write bad reviews unnecessarily to bleach the brand name but this is important as anytime women wear loose dress in Indian kitchens. and try to buy this product as it is the cheapest in Amazon for that price range, This product should be discontinued from Pegion until a good product is launched.
