These are so easy to clean, cut and install, why would you mess with those old junky porous tiles that you can even clean or get the dusk off of? With these, just a damp cloth and wipe them down, done. These look really slick once they are installed. Wipe them down before you install them and save some time later. Strong enough to hold up these 7x7 inch led lights and super easy to cut. Jigsaw works nicely.

Dust sticks to the product like crazy, making it look very unprofessional no matter how much I wiped it off. Product isn’t very flexible and cracks way to easily. I purchased extra boxes to make sure I had enough to finish the job, and it cost me over $200 to return three boxes!
