This piano is great quality and the keys sound really nice. My daughter is learning how to play, and she loves the sound and clarity. She is very happy and satisfied with it.

No where does it say that this was going to have pink on it!!! I bought this piano for my son who has been taking lessons for a couple years now. I wanted it to go in the living room so he would play it more and because well it is beautiful. But I hate that it has a PINK strip! Besides the rose gold strip though the piano is very beautiful and plays just like a real piano. My son loves it and practices so much more!

I am a beginner. I’m using simply piano to learn. The sound quality is good and the weighted keys feel good. It looks great in our space. It is easy to put together with 2 people. The first one that was delivered had cracked pieces but Amazon made it right. I would recommend.

I don't typically write a review unless it is an exceptional product/service that goes far above and beyond what I expected or if it is a huge disappointment. At first this worked great for my daughter. However, a couple of weeks ago, the power button sunk in and powering on/off became problematic. I contacted Donner support through website support form and did not get a response. Now the Piano won't turn on at all even after trying to wiggle the button around. I once again contacted them and emailed directly this time. I have not received a response since my email yesterday. This is a $500 product that I can no longer use after 3 months, so I have to to write this 1 star review. I have not gotten a response for support. If I get a response and get issue resolve, I'll consider upgrading my rating and updating the review as the product itself worked well for the price I paid for those 3 months. As of now, July 14, 2026, it stands at 1 star for lack of support for a non-working product. Update: 7/20/26 I did get a response from support a day after my 2nd message. I exchanged messages with them and result is essentially them going to pay for repairs from a technician that I will have to find and contact. I did try contacting a few shops/businesses and have not found one who has ability to do in-home visit and repair. I will keep trying, but so far, I am still out a $500 instrument after about 3 or 4 months.

This sounds like a real piano, and it is sooo pretty, the piano is a little beige more than it is white, but that’s fine.

So far so good, nice sound, and beautiful design. My mom loves it. Everything works as described. +I had to add it to my review.. The best customer service I have ever experienced. Since the item is big and delicate, I was not sure if someone could actually help us, but they did resolve the issue. I just needed to identify the source of the issue through photos and videos properly. Very satisfied. Highly recommend the item with confidence.

少しピッチが気になる箇所がありますが、初心者のうちは音域も広くは使わないので全体的には丁度良いかなと思います。白色のピアノで子供は喜んでます。

Je prends des cours de piano de puis 3 ans et je voulais un piano à un prix abordable, celui-ci est parfait. Très facile à monter. Très pratique pour jouer avec un casque.
