Ho usato la panca in media 1/2 volte a settimana e sono ad oggi molto soddisfatto. La panca è stabile e comoda e i materiali tengono molto bene alla distanza. Unico difetto, ma inevitabile per tutte le panche reclinabili è lo spazio che si crea tra la seduta e lo schienale che può dare un po' fastidio ma non più di tanto. Montaggio facile, l'ho montato da solo in poco tempo (e non ho particolari doti ingegneristiche). Acquisto consigliato.

Compré este banco de pesas porque mi anterior banco se rompió, y estoy muy satisfecho con esta compra. Es un banco robusto, ideal para cargar bastante peso. En mi caso, lo utilizo con muchos kilos para press de banca, y lo soporta sin problemas. Una de las cosas que más aprecio es que el respaldo es totalmente plano. En algunos bancos, la zona de las escápulas es más estrecha y eso complica el ejercicio, pero aquí es de anchura uniforme, lo que permite apoyar las escápulas correctamente para generar fuerza de manera óptima. En cuanto al peso del banco, es perfecto: no es excesivamente pesado, pero tampoco ligero como para comprometer su estabilidad. Además, tiene muchos puntos de soporte para trabajar con diferentes ángulos, lo que aporta mucha versatilidad al entrenamiento. Aunque no es un banco profesional, cumple perfectamente para entrenar en casa. Sin duda, lo recomiendo.
