Great to help reduce arthritic pain

Taken with boswellia I take 2 a day good size easy to take seems to work as with most supplements take for some time before you feel better

Having suffered with arthritic pain in my big toe joints since my late teens, when my left thumb joint started getting painful I figured it was going the same way. A friend suggested I take turmeric to help with it, so after a bit of research I decided to give this product a try. The tablets are very small and easy to swallow. I take two of them daily and have noticed a marked reduction in the pain I was experiencing. So much so that when I ran out and didn’t take them for just over a week (whilst I was waiting for my next order to come through), the pain started creeping back giving me reason to believe that they are having a positive effect.

I've been drinking turmeric drink shots for awhile now for my ongoing lower back pain. Hated the drinks, but felt like I had no choice as I was struggling to sit down. These tablets have proven to be more effective with relieving my pain, are much easier to consume, and works out cheaper than buying the shot drinks.
