I use this as part of a mixture to assist in controlling glucose. It's very smooth, has a delicate taste, and I can attest to it working as I wear a CGM, so I can see when glucose lowers or elevates. It is expensive, but the benefits outweigh the expense.

This honey is very sweet and very delicious and also has healing properties for mouth sores per my experience.

It's a different taste if you have never tried before. This is high quality umf certified Medical honey. Allot of brands are not umf certified. So you are getting a weaker product. New Zealand is certified in umf and Mgo, it's Very strong medicine like taste at first. . It Can upset your stomach first time. I take a 1/4 tsp daily as it's stronger than regular honey that's concentrated so you use less, yes the jar is tiny. Trust me you will get used to this honey, start with 1/4 tsp daily. After a week you will not notice the medicine taste. This is what high medical Manuka honey is supposed to taste like. So ignore the reviews of it having an off smell or taste, they most likely were not taking certified high quality honey or weaker honey.

Yes it tastes like pure heaven. And I actually got it to add a tablespoon to a large jar of home made salt scrub for the shower. Fine grain salt, castor oil, vitamin E and olive oil as the base and some food smelling essential oils. If you use directly on skin the healing properties treat blemishes on the body. Buy in bulk and you get a many jars. Buying organic sugar scrub is so expensive. Just make it!

This honey taste great and is high quality. Its a bit expensive but worth the money. My husband has COPD and takes a small teaspoon twice a day to help him with the mucus buildup in his lungs. He's only been taking it for a few weeks but feels he is getting some relief. I use it for my gut health and when I have a sore throat. I will always have it in the house.

Always have a bottle around. Manuka Honey is really like magic. Works better than any other ointment for cuts and scrapes. It actually saved my life a few years back. The NZHC UFM 20+ / MGO 829+ is as low as I would go for medical use.A life saver

It's really great!

This is really good quality Manuka honey. It has helped me greatly with some digestive and intestinal issues I was having. It’s anti-viral anti-inflammation properties are superb. I will be ordering more, maybe even the more potent variety in the future. The taste is also excellent very pure and natural honey in its rawest and purest unrefined form. Very tasty but potent and strong at the same time.

It should have helped my wife's psoriasis, but it did not.
