Tried this due to my mouth breathing and noises making me wake several times during the night with thirst and then having trouble getting back to sleep not to mention keeping my partner awake also, tried this tape and the first couple of nights took some getting used to, the feeling of air hunger and scared of falling asleep and not being able to breathe, however just loosening the tape slightly did the trick, been using it a week now and can honestly say the last 2 nights have been the best nights sleep I’ve had in years, no waking in the night at all, solid 7 hours, no dry throat in the morning, feel so refreshed, I’m absolutely delighted and so is my partner who is also benefiting, mouth taping is so under promoted for me it’s a game changer, would highly recommend trying it

These are really good. Better than a previous brand I purchased on Amazon. Good quality and good price. They don’t have a smell to them like some similar products

Weak adhesive - never last the night

For me, this product maintains adhesion throughout the night, effectively keeps the mouth closed, and leaves no residue on removal. After over a week's use, there has been no adverse skin reaction. It leaves room at the sides e.g. to insert a straw for drinking. I find it helpful (a) to make a small fold at one end of the 'X', leaving a tag that aids removal, (b) to turn the lips inward slightly on application, (c) rinse lips after removal to remove build-up of sweat etc. I paid £6.99 (it's now £8.99 as at 26-Jun-24), which for 120 strips is far better value than many of the mouth tape products on offer here. However, an identical looking product has just appeared (it has no reviews), which is £6.99 for 180 strips, so I'm going to give that a try and will report back.

Do the job, but require care when placing on. You need a to ensure your lips are sealed and you press down properly. As the instructions say, keep your mouth and chin dry, no face cream, and works better for those like myself with little to no facial hair.

I bought these because my regular H shaped tape was out of stock. These were too small, wouldn't stick and always came off during the night, something which has never happened with the H shaped tape.

I have sleep apnea and use CPAP machine, these strips help to keep my mouth shut, so no snoring therefore a great help with CPAP therapy.

Once these are on, they're on! They are so sticky and do improve sleep so you dont get a dry mouth. They're a good size, good quality and not badly priced.
