GreenLife Soft Grip Diamond Healthy Ceramic Nonstick 11" Griddle Pan, PFAS-Free, Dishwasher Safe, Black

Used this griddle for the first time today and I was impressed of the non stick results while cooking pan cakes which is what I bought this griddle for. I started the burner on my gas stove ant very low heat then gradually turned the heat up in a time frame of around 90 sec. like the directions said then squirted a little cooking oil on it and cooked my pan cakes. They turned out great and the griddle pan clean up was quick and easy and ready for my next cook. People that wrote reviews of warping are probably using too high of heat of trying to wash it while it is still hot from the burner. Don't use high heat and let it cool down before you wash it and I think you will be fine and this should last for many years. Oh and NO metal utensils!

We originally thought that we were having problems with our glass top stove because food was burning, come to find out it was our pan that we had for like 27 years. When we took the plunge and got this pan it was one of the best things we could have done, and it's very even distribution of heat is excellent not too thick but not too thin! Seems exceptionally durable, comes in black there's no funny taste to the food, and it's exceptionally easy to clean with a simple sponge or a really just rinse with water but you want it to be sanitized! This pan is so easy to use I wish we had bought one a long time ago, also seems very durable but we will see in time!

Plenty of room for four slices of French toast or four grilled sandwiches ! The only issue is it’s so big that things don’t cook evenly. I have a gas stove and I put it on the largest burner, but I still need to keep moving the pan around to get more heat on whatever side is not cooking. Just seems the pan doesn’t distribute heat evenly over the entire surface because of the large size. I can live with it though, because it washes up beautifully. I usually use butter or cooking oil on it depending on what I’m cooking. I don’t use anything higher than a medium flame. Surface has stayed nice and easy to clean with just soap and water and a light rub with a sponge.

This was my 2nd purchase of a Green Life pan. I'll be getting a complete set of this brand. I using medium heat, but even the cooked on juice, comes off just by running hot water on pan. So easy to clean. No scrubbing needed. Excellent for eggs!

I bought this a long time ago and I'm just now writing a review. GreenLife has a good name, in my opinion. The non-stick is crazy good. Although, I would warn you that after time, depending on how often you use it, and maybe depending on how you clean it, the non-stick doesn't last too terribly long. In my research, it doesn't matter what brand makes it, non-stick isn't forever. But the price point on these is such that its not a big deal if you need to replace it for another when the non-stick isn't working as well. Still, I have loved using this pan. I usually bring it out when making pancakes!

I am in the process of looking for a replacement for this pan. I got this for my wife last Christmas, so she has been using it for about a year. There is so much crud on the pan that won't scrub off that she already needs a new one. Last year, I replaced all of my wife's pans with healthier ceramic ones. This is the only pan that has this issue of not coming clean. Kinda bummed, since I am out $30 and all the new ones are more expensive now.

I use it almost everyday. I have not had any warping and it still looks like new! They recommend hand washing which I do, and it recommends not using high heat on it which I don't. Food doesn't stick, easy to hand wash.

I had a black and decker grill and an Oster, both were impossible to clean as everything stuck to them. This greenlife one is great, nothing sticks and it washers off easy with no scrubbing. The size is great. I can put a fair amount of pancakes on it.
