Valve body doesn't have flat sides so installing is challenging.
Not made in China is a good thing, it operates smoothly, and gas sniffing with an electronic leak detector found it seals great when turned to "shut". But the posted photo shows a valve body with flat sides, very important when tightening flare fittings to it. The type I received has a rounded valve body and so I had to tighten using wrenches on the flare fitting to flare fitting which isn't a good thing.

Questionable packaging
This seems like a high-quality product that worked very well. It got banged up a bit during shipping and I really question why they would not protect it (at all)? Worked in the end so maybe that is the answer.

Bought on discount, havent installed yet as plan to do remodel later, this will be used then, I have no reason to believe I would have any problems out of this, looks to be quality made.
