How long does it take to break in these type of t-springs? -(i weigh 209.bs so i have the xr/with pro shells and this type of t-spring)

These bands last about 80 hours. The tension becomes loosen depending your weight. More weight, more collapse of shells. There are different types of bands for different weights and tension.
