My son has suffered from eczema since he was a baby. We have always used topical steroids but as my son has grown, it gets harder to manage as he is a lot more active now and scratches. He had a stubborn rash on his ankle and after 4 days of using this cream on it, it has flattened back to his normal skin. It absorbs into the skin very well. It’s thin and light. I have also used this on myself. I am pregnant and have random itchy eczema spots that show up on my belly and sides. As soon as I feel itchy, I apply this and it almost immediately subsides the itch. It gives me so much comfort knowing that this is not a steroid.

I bought this for my daughters contact dermatitis because nothing else was helping and this stuff has been a game changer. I cannot recommend this enough. It’s healed her dry, cracked and even bleeding in spots skin when nothing else helped, even cortisol. It’s not oily at all and leaves your skins so soft and smooth. I would 100 perfect recommend to anyone dealing with dry skin issues.

WOW! This is our new, GO TO Lotion, ok, it’s a CREAM.. Thick and rich, brings lasting moisture to dry skin, which just drinnnks it in. Discovered this via Honest Clare aka honest.scot channel. Inspired by this and the reviews of others, we offered to share it with a friend with several serious skin issues.. and YES, it works !! We split the tube with them and watched their lower legs ( hardest place to heal, furthest from the heart) improve over only a couple of weeks. Taking care of your skin as you age is a top way to improve and insure your overall health. Needless to say, we were using it too and saw the exact same thing on our sensitive skin. This is easy to apply, unscrew the cap and squirt, SUPER MOISTURIZING and actually improves skin quality over just a couple of weeks, making it an INCREDIBLE VALUE for the asking price. It would be nice if it came in a larger container. It’s virtually scent free.. if we had to define it, inhaling hard, we would describe it as clean smelling, although difficult to call scented in any way. This lotion is amazing for extra dry skin. Not oily, doesn’t leave a film and no strong smells. Perfect for baby’s skin in the cold harsh weather.

This is wonderful moisturizer, especially as I can actually use it on my feet, legs - and face! Unusual. Gentle on sensitive skin and quite moisturizing.

My 1 year old had patches of eczema that was getting bigger and reddish. Doctor prescribed hydrocortisone but i didnt wanted to use it inmediately and see of this cream would work as i have heard good things about it from other moms. I used for two days and there was significant decrease in the patch. Very surprised and happy. It is very light weight so absorbs easily without feeling sticky and for the price, its a great product!

This is the only cream that does what I need it to do , bought specifically for my hands . A little goes a long way on the real rough and irritated parts . I love how rich it is , clean scent . Not strong at all where you get a headache ; great for those with eczema prone , dry skin . My skin is always cracked and itchy , bone dry . This within a few days of apply several times a day you skin will start to heal . For those with skin that has thin skin that is hard to heal and stays cracked this is for you .

Great product for problematic, sensitive, dry skin. It’s not exactly the same but provides some benefits similar to triple lipid by SC. Great dupe for the price.
