Like the long length and spring pin to prevent too much movement of lock The protective cap to keep weather off key area is big and seals well unlike most others The key is a good size and fits and turns the lock well Other than being expensive it’s awesome and I definetly like it

Solid lock-up, nice quality, splash resistant.

Don’t have a problem with the hitch pin and I know that it’s going to get marked up the first time that I put it in the receiver but this was not a brand new item. I would avoid the company “Beyond the Home” to fulfill your orders.

It’s full of rust spots after a year

I’m extremely disappointed in this NotBulletProof hitch lock. My previous hitch lock lasted over 15 years, and I would have bought the same one again if I could’ve found it. Instead, I paid $50 for this one—more than three times the price of comparable products—and it failed in two years. The lock cylinder disappeared while I was towing home. Luckily the pin did not vibrate out (but it started to). And yes, I checked it—triple and quadruple checked it—to make sure it was fully locked before hitting the road. Despite that, the company refused to stand behind their product. The extra pin was not on the older model. The lock will fail and they must know this... that's why the extra pin is required. I feel like this was a complete waste of money. A hitch lock should provide peace of mind, not vanish while you’re towing and leave you with zero help from the manufacturer. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
