I wear 30×34 what size should i get

I wear a 30x30 in the fr bibs cuz they are cut bigger and larger but with the normal ones like these I normally go 1 or 2 sizes larger for comport!

My guy wears 30x30, weighs about 140lbs...we got a small and he still has a lot of room for layers...I would suggest a medium...we originally ordered medium and had to go with the small. Hope this helps.
