How did they make it this cheep and still make it great?
I already owned a blue yeti and a Marrans Mic. I got carried away and bought this in one of the days it was on sale. My excuse was that I needed a usbc connected one for the iPad or phone. It’s great quality and so clear when you’re close. Not hiss or buzz. It is light. And it is plastic. And it must somehow be a smaller diaphragm and stuff inside a larger casing but it does sound great. I use it to record voice overs on video and e-learnings for work and lots of people have commented on the quality. Because I leave it on for video calls and I like how having a larger mic makes my voice stronger. Buttons are self explanatory. Popshied that comes with is neat little add on

Great microphone for the money
Surprisingly good value for money (on amazon prime day). Good heavy base and stand, very stable and has an adjustable gain control. When I first used it (on a mac mini m4) I had a couple of issues with the computer restarting when I plugged the microphone in. This hasn't happened again since the first day so in going to pretend it didn't happen. Other than that, all working well now.

Good mic for £20
Got this for capturing my voice for YouTube videos and it's very decent for the price. Viewers have already commented that the sound quality a lot better thank my previous mic. Good feature it has is the mic monitoring via headphone jack. Bad feature is the stupid 3 function button that controls mic gain, headphone volume, and mute. The trick is to find the right gain for the distance you'll be away from it and then never touch that again because the knob for it just keeps spinning. Ideally this would have 2 dials that have a minimum and maximum setting and a separate button for muting but some numpty thought it would be good to have them all mashed together. And the mute button is pretty much useless because it makes a very loud noise when clicking it on. I'd never subject anyone to that. Don't be fooled by the marketing that it can be used by 2 people, it's only good for cardioid pattern pickup. Does pickup nearby background noise and if it's on a desk it will pick-up vibrations. So maybe not great if you're using a clicky keyboard on the same desk. Despite the downsides I'm overall happy with it (but probably wouldn't be if I paid much more)

Great Quality Sound
Unless you want to spend hundreds of even thousands on a top quality studio microphone then you'll not fall much short buying this microphone and at considerably less outlay The polar patterns are a bit poor, the back elimination on the front pattern is not as good as I'd like but if you stage the microphone on a proper arm and in a good acoustic room you should not notice this I also bought their matching boom arm and that is utterly astounding and a great partner for this mic Plug and play with OBS on Win 11 was seamless and controls both on and off mic were good

Works best if you unplug it when not in use
Works and good for the price. But if I leave this switched on, when I come to connect and use the microphone on a Zoom call or recorder it doesn't work. I think this is due to overheating. Work around is to only plug it in when needed. (save some energy too)

Like calling from the 1950s.
Worse than my computer's mic. Colleagues kept asking me why I sounded like I was calling from the 1950s.
