The New York Times bestseller that celebrates kindness, belonging, and friendship. Inspired by the unforgettable blockbuster book and movie Wonder , this is the perfect graduation gift for kids of all ages, plus a great choice for baby showers, birthdays, and other new beginnings! Over 15 million people have fallen in love with Wonder and have joined the movement to Choose Kind. Now younger readers can meet Auggie Pullman, an ordinary boy with an extraordinary face, and his beloved dog, Daisy. Countless fans have asked R. J. Palacio to write a book for younger readers. With Weโre All Wonders , she makes her picture-book debut as both author and artist, with a spare, powerful text and striking, richly imagined illustrations. Palacio shows readers what itโs like to live in Auggieโs worldโa world in which he feels like any other kid, but heโs not always seen that way. Weโre All Wonders may be Auggieโs story, but it taps into every childโs longing to belong, and to be seen for who they truly are. Itโs the perfect way for families and educators to talk about empathy and kindness with young children. Review: A Great Book for Kids to #ChooseKind! - I had heard about the book and movie Wonder when they came out but I didn't know much about them. My kids' school is reading Wonder together as a project to choose kindness. My twins are in 4K so they are reading this book instead and I decided to buy one for us to have at home. I haven't yet read Wonder but it's next on my pile of books to read so I can't compare the books as of this point. My twins are five and both said they love this book! It's a beautiful picture book about Auggie, a boy who was born a bit different from other kids but he wants to be accepted for who he is. The pictures are beautiful and the story encourages young children to think about the importance of being kind to everyone which is a great concept to begin early in life! We've read this book a number of times already and my kids really pay attention to it while I'm reading it to them. Kids may have questions about the story so it's important for parents to help explain it. Overall, I feel this is a great book and I'm glad our school is reading this together!

Wonderful Story and Message!
I've read the original chapter book and gave it to my 10 year old nephew. He loved it! My mom read it as well and she loved it. I wanted to share the story with my 3 year old niece and my students (3 year old class). Such a wonderful message and this version is perfect for them to sit through the reading and understand. I bought this copy for my sister to share with her 3rd grade class. This is a great teaching tool that I would reccommend! Beautiful illustrations as well as a powerful message!

Absolutely love the book
I read this book to my almost 3.5 years old son and he understands the story quite well. I use this book to teach him to be kind to others who look different from him and teaches him about diversity. I love how it talks about the boy canโt change the way he looks but we all can change the way see, perceive and act towards others. I love the ending how it shows another boy wants to be friends with him and how it can make a difference and a wonder in people and the world we live in. My son asks to read this book every night. Kindness rules!

We need to choose kindness and "see" who WE really Are.
My very own copy of We're All Wonders by R.J.Palacio arrived on Monday! I just could not wait to share it with you! R.J. Palacio wrote and illustrated this picture book for young readers to experience the magic of the novel Wonder, which was made into a movie last year. Auggie Pullman is a young boy who has a rare disease, Treacher Collins Syndrome, which causes him to have multiple facial disfigurements. In the movie, Principal Mr. Tushman says: "Auggie Pullman canโt change the way he looks, But maybe we can change how we see.โ The hope of this picture book is that we will see with new eyes and we find that what we see is beautiful. We're all wonders. We're all special. We're all unique. We need to choose kindness and "see" who WE really Are.

Great story
This is a great story! I loved this book. Every child that feels like they are different can read it and know they are not alone and they are special too. It talks about being different from the other kids, but still the same. I talks about how your feelings get hurt and using your imagination to escape. Then, it talks about how people can be accepting and kind all in simple words that kids can understand. Just right for helping little ones that may not always fit in easily with their peers understand that they are just as wonderful as every other child.

I thought there would be more examples of differences that children have.

We are all unique
Wonder is different than other kids but he is also the same. A great book to discuss how we are all unique and what happens when we're unkind to others.
