The picture and the product described is the Santevia Water Stick. What arrived was some other kind of water stick. Smaller holes, smaller stick. It arrived in a ziplock baggie with a tube that was the wrong size. The instructions were printed from a word document. No brand was mentioned anywhere in the instructions. Mostly I was bothered by the instructions themselves. Since I OWN several watersticks I read through them and they are completely different than the Santevia products I have. Not only that, but it says right in them, that the water stick is only good for 30 days, when the Santevia is good for a year. I returned this product.

Bought this for myself. Put it in a pan of RO-filtered water overnight intending to drink it myself. It raised the water pH after overnight soaks both times I tested it. But what’s more curious is that our cats compete for a drink of it and much prefer it to regular RO-filtered water. Not giving it 5 stars because I really don’t know what quality of minerals it’s putting in the water, and there appears from other reviews that there is concern about it being a cheap knockoff of another product.

So great. Easy to use. Fast acting. Soled all my heartburn problems. FANTASTIC! Wish I could give it more stars.

This Santevia stick is great for those on the go who don't have easy access to the water pitcher of alkaline water. The stick fits through the neck of any commercial water bottle, like you would buy at 7-11 maybe. However, I've found that it's best, if possible, to put the stick into the water bottle early in the morning, some hours before you plan to drink, in order to get the 'mouth feel' of the water to change. You don't have to, of course, but it just does better ... I'm glad I got mine, and I use it all the time...

It takes more than 24 hours soaking to bring Alkaline level to 8 never more.

I would have thought that it would have a NOTE: saying how many uses it was good for and Test Strips for making sure it met the 9.5 pH level and when to replace it, but nope!

FAKE! whenever i ordered this stick i was under the impression that it was by santevia, its fake. the rocks and everything inside it is fake. i want a refund
