I’ve been using this coconut oil on my dog’s dry paws and cracked nose for a few weeks now, and I’m quite satisfied with the results. The texture is smooth and not greasy once massaged in, and it seems to calm irritation in the skin reasonably fast. I also tried applying a small amount in the food as the label suggests, and it hasn’t caused any digestive upset. I appreciate that it’s organic, cold pressed, and unrefined, which gives me confidence in what I’m putting on and in my pet. The smell is mild and pleasant, not overwhelming. If I could change one thing, it would be the consistency in slightly warmer weather, it gets more liquid than I’d prefer, but that’s not really a big problem. Overall, this oil seems like a solid option for pet skin care, especially for light to moderate dryness or irritation

My Bully dogs love this coconut oil; it helps with their digestion. The size bottle has lasted about a month and a half. The smell is so natural and amazing. I’ll open the bottle and my dogs come running and sit next to me. The size of the bottle is worth the value of the money. Due to the constant weather change we leave it near the back door and if it’s hot enough it will melt into a nice clear liquid and if it’s too cold due to the AC or outside weather it becomes a thick white substance that’s easy to scoop in a spoon. Even when it’s thick it melts easily once I begin mixing it in their dog food. The effectiveness of the product has changed my dogs lives when feeding them everyday and even when making them treats. Great product!

One of my English bulldogs has very red allergenic feet and he likes to lick his toes. I’ve used this product to put on his feet to hopefully give them relief. It seems to help some, but it hasn’t cured his red allergenic feet or stopped his licking. However, I’m getting about five stars because both my dogs love the flavor of this so they like to have me scoop it out with my finger and let them lick it off my finger. They very much love it so this five star rating is from my dogs.

My dog has a gluten problem and gets rather dry and flacky every now and then. So far he seems to like it, I usually use it after I give him a shave. It really helps moisturize his skin and gives him relief.
