They greatly promote calm for those with sensory input disorders and provide an alternative to chewing on hands, t-shirts etc. Each package comes with two 2.5-inch chew necklaces, an adjustable cord, and a breakaway clasp for safety purposes. Additionally, each pack of 2 comes with an additional cord and clasp in case one of the cords is accidentally broken. The necklaces have tiny raised bumps on the back while the front features large prominent bumps to address different sensory needs. NOTE: Chew necklaces are not indestructible and are subject to normal wear and tear depending on the intensity of chewing. The chew necklaces should be used under the supervision of an adult as small parts could pose a potential choking hazard. ## Features - ✔ Gafly’s Therapen provides light vibrations to the oral cavity to increase sensory awareness, tactile stimulation and “wake up” the mouth. La estimulación suave ayuda a las personas a concentrarse en los labios, las mejillas y la lengua. **Q: Do y'all sell replacement springs for inside? My son unscrewed his whole I wasn't looking and we've lost the spring with the plastic piece attached.** A: Hello Amber, Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, we only sell complete units; we don't sell spare parts. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you very much and have a great day! All the best, Sarah Gafly Care Team **Q: Como lo hago funcionar? Pongo la bateria pero no prende** A: Hay que girar la tapa casi a cerrarlo y vibra **Q: How do you clean this product?** A: Hi Patricia, They are easy to clean and are also dishwasher-safe. They can withstand high temperatures up to 200 ℃ or 392°F so after a long day of chewing they still look brand new! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for speech therapy *by on Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates 2 September 2024* The tool is perfect for speech therapy I’m using the product with my so. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for sensory in the mouth *by on Reviewed in the United States 17 September 2026* We had a 1 year old with a tongue and lip tie we had to get released and this helped prep her for having work done in her mouth and she overcame sensory issues that came along with her difficulty eating because of this nifty tool. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Do not last *by on Reviewed in the United States 3 March 2023* I bought one of these for my autistic son in December and recently bought another one, and now both are not working even with new batteries. They are cheaply made and not worth $40 they charge for them, which is a shame because while they worked my son loved them. Do yourself a favor and buy one somewhere else. ## Frequently Bought Together - Gafly Therapens Oral Motor Therapy Tools Stimulate Speech and Feeding - Chewy Vibe Speech Therapy Toys Help Kids with Sensory Needs Chew & Relax - Oral Stimulator Kit Includes 4 Tips, Storage Pouch - Sensory Chew Toys for Autistic Children 4 Pack, P Shape Sensory Toys for Babies Toddlers, Baby Teething Toys for 3-6 6-12 Months Oral Motor Stimulation, Silicone Chewy Necklaces for Kids Adults --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.is/products/408750638-gafly-therapens-oral-motor-therapy-tools-stimulate-speech-and-feeding](https://www.desertcart.is/products/408750638-gafly-therapens-oral-motor-therapy-tools-stimulate-speech-and-feeding) --- *Product available on Desertcart Iceland* *Store origin: IS* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
