Great product and glad I gave it a shot!
I purchased the 16-4-8 product as I had a long neglected lawn - kids, job, life all got in the way and while I'd start off each spring with the best of intentions, by late-June I was just coasting by. This year I took an honest assessment of my lawn and the inherent deficiencies. Bare spots, moss and weeds were more common than the mix of grass that was growing due to occasional overseeding as I attempted to fix what couldn't be fixed. After a soil test I found that the pH was low and that the lawn needed most any nutrient I could apply, particularly Phosphorus. I started in spring with some competitors granulated fertilizer with weed killer and lime, but as June rolled around I was already going down the same path of neglect. So I decided that I'd stick with it if I could do something easier that would actually take into account the soil test results. While initially I looked for granular products to spread I selected the 16-4-8 due to the ease of application, the reviews, and the fact I didn't have to go to my local big box home store to stare at 30 different products. Because even if I pick a product that is half the cost of this I'll end up spending money on something else that I really don't need. So I might as well save some gas, some time, and overall aggravation and shop on Amazon. Reviews were positive, so I figured why not. I applied the product on a Sunday evening as my kids would be in school all week and not playing on the lawn. The results weren't immediate but despite the lingering drought in the northeast as well as the current heat wave the grass has greened up and it seems that the bare spots are starting the shrink. I'm pretty happy with the results, and will get other products from the company in the future. There is a definite improvement in the lawn; I'll be honest I still have a long way to go but my lawn was pretty sad to start with! That was nearly a month ago and I'm looking forward to seeing how well the grass improves as I stick with it (despite the pleadings of my wife and my physician, this is easier than going to the gym so I think the odds are better). If there is one aspect I would suggest for improvement it would be a better explanation of the non-NPK products, including why I should pick one (or any) over just a normal fertilizer application. Or even better, sell me a box every spring with every product I need for the next six months with a sheet telling me when to apply it! I'd buy that every spring! Thanks for making a great product that is easy to use and effective! ======================= Ok. So I didn't stick with it as well as I should have. After my early June application I started slacking off again. Kids, travel for work, the on-going drought. Around late November I took a look around, tossed down some lime and big box store winter fertilizer (granular) and some lime and reminded myself how much I liked this product. And prepared for a dismal winter in New England and thought about the summer to come. First off, another soil test. pH was low (5.5), and Nitrogen (N) and Phosphorus (P) was both deficient - pretty evident since I was already getting violets pushing through despite the lime last fall and the winter fertilizer. At least the Potash in the winter fertilizer came through. First - 45 pounds of calcitic lime on 3000 square feet of lawn. Second - where is that 16-4-8 Simple Lawn Solutions bottle? I remembered keeping it so I could order the gallon bottle if I liked it (I never did order it). Found it, in the garage. Right where I put it. Grabbed my phone and saw there was a coupon for a gallon - at 2.5 times the price of the 32oz it seems like the right option so I hit buy. Shows up. Waited three days for it to stop raining and just put it down tonight. Confirmed I was able to reuse the old bottle, meaning if you're using multiple bottles of this stuff order big. I figure I'll lay down at least two more applications of this stuff before I switch to the same company's winter stuff (depending on the results of a fall soil test). I'm not going to beat that price at my big box store. Third - ordered another Simple Lawn Solutions product that is 6-19-0 with root hume (Extreme Grass Growth Lawn Booster). I figure that will set me down the path for a non-deficient soil chemistry. I hope. ======= Update, December 10, 2019 I spent the entire spring, summer, and fall with Simple Lawn Solutions. Last fertilizer of the year was Veteran's Day Weekend where I applied the 3-18-18 product. My soil tests are getting better - pH is up to 6.0 and no deficiencies are noted. Here is the great part: while my lawn doesn't look as nice as I'd like it to, it certainly looks better. I'm figuring I have another two years before I can relax, but Simple Lawn Solutions is a fixture for the future. I really like the liquid format (particularly the gallon size), the extra products, and the support. Great stuff all around, and everyone remember to enjoy winter!!!!

Green lawns
I am thoroughly impressed with this concentrated liquid lawn fertilizer. I was looking for something straightforward that would quickly revitalize my yard, and this product delivered exactly that. The perfect nutrient blend targets both root health and blade growth, which completely nourished and greened up my lawn in less than a week. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to use. Granular fertilizers can sometimes go on unevenly, but this liquid concentrate mixes smoothly and applies uniformly, ensuring no patchy spots. It absorbed quickly and left my grass looking thicker, healthier, and noticeably more vibrant. If you want a lush, deep green yard without spending hours on complicated maintenance, I highly recommend checking this out

Green lawn
I am actually surprised how my lawn have grown after spraying this. I never had experience taking care of my yard before and I am not really sure what I am doing. However, it worked so good and the bald spots on my yard have been fixed!

Excellent Product in a defective applicator
I bought a gallon jug, as well as a 32-oz ready-to-use container, of Simple Lawn Solutions, Advanced 16-4-8 to try a new way of fertilizing my lawn (I wanted to try a liquid application approach rather than the granular method). I started out using the 32-oz product that was packaged in a hose-end "ready-to-use" container. After covering half of my lawn, I noticed the content wasn't getting used up. I ended up going over the entire lawn [12,000 sq. feet] twice before the 32-oz bottle emptied! Obviously the metering on the bottle was defective. If one goes to the reviews of the 32-oz bottle, one will notice many complaints about the defectiveness of the hose-end "ready-to-use" container. I wonder why Custom Simple Solutions LLC is willing to jeopardize their reputation by continuing to sell product in a container with a defective metering device. It has got to make a lot of customers mad. I ultimately solved the problem by purchasing an adjustable hose-end metering container (I purchased a Chapin Multi-Use Hose-end Sprayer) and redid my lawn using this. It worked beautifully. My lawn is flushing out very nicely. So, the Simple Lawn Solution product does its job well, and I'm happy with my choice. Suggestion to Custom Simple Solutions LLC: Either do away with your "ready-to-use" hose-end applicator bottle and sell your product in standard containers, or FIX your hose-end applicator bottle.

The formula may be fine. Everything around it isn’t.
Your applicator failed during use and sprayed fertilizer onto me rather than onto the lawn. The on/off dial does not seal reliably in either position. Because it was leaking at the connection, output pressure dropped far enough that I couldn’t reach the far side of the yard — so even the portion that did spray went down at an unknown rate, well off the 10 fl oz per 1,000 sq ft on your label. Your own FAQ documents seal failures on this sprayer and publishes workarounds for them. That means you know about it. The unit is sealed and non-serviceable, so a customer who hits this has no option but to throw the whole bottle away. Separately: nothing in the Amazon listing discloses that this product carries a heavy metals warning. I found that out after purchase. I then got sprayed with it. Those two facts together are why I’m writing rather than just filing a return.

Works Well
Very easy to use, just hook the sprayer to the garden hose and away you go. Plenty of product for my small lawn and grass looks excellent.
