As long as you know how to play Uno, you know most of how to play Marvel Ultimate Uno. It's a layer of strategy on top of a regular Uno game. Also, since each player uses a character specific deck to play, you can play with more than the 2-4 players listed on the base box (there are now 2 base boxes - 2022 & 2023 - each with 4 different characters) combined with 6 current add-on characters you can purchase separately you could play a game with players from 2 -14. Each character plays differently and their cards are specific to them and their play style. So, even if you never play more then 2-4 player games, you have so many options of characters and play styles to choose from that you should not get bored learning how to play each one well. It's a great concept built on an easy to understand game that can be played and enjoyed by anyone aged 7 to 700!

This game is so fun and unique! I love the concept of how this version of uno is and gets a lot easier the more you play. There is a bit of reading in the beginning but once you’re past that it’s so worth it!

Such a cool game. The “Ultimate” aspect of Uno is cool but the Marvel characters just make the game way more fun. And that you can collect and play different decks together. Def recommend.

I really like this game, it is a fun spin on uno but the fact they made the foil cards so much of a pain to get without buying the same deck over and over and $10 for an expansion pack that I already have to get 2 foils that are so random with mostly common cards, it doesn't surprise me that this game didn't last long. Otherwise it is a fun game.

Quick shipping

It takes two or three games to get the system down but at the end of the day, it's UNO! There is some strategy involved, particularly when you are attacked by an enemy card, but it really is a lot of fun. As we all do with UNO, you can probably flex these rules to what you want... We enjoyed it so much we bought the Spider Man expansion pack. Good quality cards and well put together. Highly recommended.

Fun game

This is a great addition to the Uno lineup by adding variety to the gameplay. This version adds to the already existing “take that” element in Uno by adding unique super powers to each player. Games can be customized by selecting different characters per game. Extra characters may be purchased to increase the variety and replayability even more. Some cards have a symbol on them that requires you to draw a villain card. You must defeat the villain by playing specific cards or suffer the consequences each turn. A harsh new element to twist things up. My only complaint is card quality. Cards feel like cheap cardboard and the add on decks are ~$7.00 each. You can purchase a whole deck of Uno cards for $6.00 and the quality is better than this. Maybe you’re paying for the Marvel and DC branding. (-2 stars for quality)
