Helps with sleep

I will admit that I didn't do much research before diving in. I saw Huberman talk about it giving better sleep and immediately bought it. This brand is inexpensive and initially very effective. Over the course of one bottle I am noticing less and less of the initial effects and I am starting to think this may need to be cycled. I haven't found anything to confirm that. I cannot tell if it is restorative and now I am on a better sleep cycle progression and notice less impact or I am experiencing diminishing return because my body has adjusted to the effects.

Works well after 5 weeks of use

This worked really well for a short time to help me sleep, but it quickly lost effectiveness. I think I got about two good weeks out of it. I took one capsule before bed for a little over a week, then I needed two. Taking two only worked for a few nights, and now it’s like taking nothing at all. I take them intermittently now, hoping they will help but it’s really just wishful thinking at this point.

I take this at night with Magnesium Gycinate and it works so well. I tried taking it with Magnesium Threonate but it didnt work as well. I take it about 30 mins before bed and it makes me drowsy and relaxed. I am a naturally anxious person, so my mind usually races right as I am trying to fall asleep. This gets rid of that and allows me to sleep. I dont wake up in the middle of the night anymore either. Would definitely buy again!
