You can't adjust it to be that small or tight because the Velcro doesn't reach and it's not like tall it only covers the middle/lower part of abdomen and I don't have a long torso.

One of the very first things I bought as soon as I found out I was pregnant was this Frida Mom belly binder. I remember hearing that it was an absolute post-partum must-have, and I can now safely say: IT REALLY IS!While it's true that the hospital provides you with one—in fact, my OBGYN ordered them to put it on me right after my C-section, and it truly made a world of difference in my core recovery—the hospital version is quite cheaply made and rolls down constantly. This Frida binder stays put.If you are on the fence about getting one, I highly encourage you to buy it. Having it ready for when you get home will give you the support and stability your body desperately needs after a C-section. Es cierto que en el hospital te brindan uno, de hecho a mi después de mi cesárea me pusieron el binder por orden de mi OBGYN y ha sido un gran cambio para bien en la recuperación de mi figura. Sin embargo el del hospital no es de tan buena calidad y se enrolla fácilmente. Así que si lo estabas dudando, yo si te animo a que te compres tu binder para cuando te toque estar en casa siempre sientas el soporte que tanto requiere nuestro cuerpo post cesárea

Stretched out within 2 days. I can’t wear it anymore because it lost its structures and just rolls now. This isn’t meant for bigger women unfortunately. It worked great the first 2 days for me though. Sad not being able to use it past that

Compré esta faja postparto y estoy muy contenta con la compra. Es cómoda, brinda buen soporte en la zona abdominal y me ayuda a sentirme más segura durante el día. El material es suave, se ajusta bien al cuerpo y es fácil de poner. Me gusta que no es demasiado incómoda y puedo usarla por varias horas. Ha sido una buena ayuda durante mi recuperación después del embarazo. La recomiendo.

After c section I was very swollen and this did not fit comfortably. Pay attention to measurements before purchasing. Aside from the fit, it’s a sturdy binder and provides support as needed. I have two of these—one that goes up to right below the chest and this one sits at my waist and I like the position of this one more.

Ordered 2 binders. One came in a torn box (see pic) binder unwrapped in plastic wrapping. The other arrived wrapped in sealed plastic but there’s tiny stain (see pic).
