Product very bad, the battery cannot last for 1 hour , we charge the phone 100 % battery if we open one app or camera or make a call battery will be 5 % , after that we found the phone size become big and it opened due to the battery, we hade to pay more money to the shope to fix it they changed the battery.We couldn't return the phone because we travelled the second day when we received the phone and it was a birthday gift for my daughter so we kept it closed for few days then we discovered the horrible phone

Initially I was worried but after receiving the product I am very happy and satisfied,it's new and original phone.

It stopped working after a few monthsHorrible. According to samsung, it has been used since 2022 when I actually purchased the item in 2025! Big scam

Nothing to dislike about my new Fone

When I first turned on the device, I noticed it was slow. However, the bigger issue was that the S Pen did not pair with the device. Additionally, the pen protrudes from its slot, which indicates a manufacturing defect.I contacted Amazon to initiate a refund process and am currently waiting for them to receive the device and complete the refund.

Received product, after 1 month mobile not getting charged with cable, battery starts slowing down. Reported several times. Till now issue not solved. Taken to samsung store for repair, they said the item does not have any warranty.

Single SIM card

It came with pods and the phone works perfectly. Love it. It was my birthday present from my hubby and we don't regret this purchase

Although I have bought a couple of Samsung phones for others in my family, this is my first.I was only looking for a decent-sized international version Android phone with dual SIM card capability, a good camera, and the ability to make and receive clear phone calls. But I was already impressed during the first ten minutes of setup where I had the option to not install about twenty apps which people call bloatware. So, zero bloatware on my phone!The camera and video settings on this phone are comparable to my DSLR cameras. Included is an S Pen if you feel like writing or drawing. The battery life is very good depending on how you use your phone.If you love photography, then I highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G.

The S pen dont even conect to the phone and i recieve à charger that didnt even work with the Phone, 😶

Ich liebe es. 5 Sterne. Die Kamera-Funktion ist der HAMMER. Und die Leute staunen wenn ich Musik auf Lautsprecher habe, weil es so gut klingt. Schade dass man den Speicher nicht erweitern kann, und dass es keine Kopfhörerbuchse gibt.

I know absolutely nothing about this phone techy wise, way over my head. What I do know is, it's easy to set up, easy to use and the little pen thingy works to make notes on the screen and then they get saved. I don't do that facebooky thing or other social media stuff so can't comment but if does all I ask of it and lots in reserve. Good camera and easy to edit pictures. Calls are clear and volume good even for my deaf ears. Internet is fast and so is charging. The biggest downside I can see is it's always putting apps into long term sleep that I do occasionally use like YouTube and its always wanting to do updates. Nice though, I'd have another.3 years on: Battery still lasting over 24 hours even with fair usage. It's been a great phone and I'm still discovering things about it. Apparently it wireless charges although I haven't a clue how that works. It still works faultless and I had no intention of changing untill recently. I'm now fancying the S26 Ultra with a bigger memory than 128gb.
