Description not clear, but still great.
It's true I originally thought I was ordering actual sausages instead of a sausage making kit (SET in the title), but frankly I don't think this was intentional false advertising, possibly a language barrier. In the end, I loved this! All you need is pork belly, a funnel & a way to grind it coarsely (I did just fine chopping coarsely with a chef's knife), the end result is great! Highly seasoned/sour authentic Isaan sausages, easy. Another caveat: SOAK the casings in water for about 20 minutes first, to soften them. This isn't mentioned on the package directions, again I think maybe because of a language barrier with a Thai product.

I also thought I was getting the actual sausage but glad because shipping food from far away could be tricky. The seasoning gave me the exact taste I was looking for only that I needed a little oil and red pepper flakes in my ground pork. Will purchase again

Deceptive marketing
This is just a flavor/seasoning to make your own sausage !! Imagine getting the shock of ordering sausage and getting a seasoning pack to DIY.
