I like the multicolor keyboard cover. It is pretty on my computer, and it fits much better than the previous one I had that would slide around as I was typing. This one stays put much better.

Took a little getting used to because typing feels so different with this on the keyboard. But it is so stunning and I get compliments every time someone sees it.

My previous computer never went without a protective keyboard cover and I intend to do the same with my 2020 MacBook Pro. At first I thought it would be annoying to have a cover on the keys but now my fingers slide around without one. We live by a windy seaside canyon and there is a lot of dust in our air. I often have a dog or cat visiting my office, so preventing environmental fallout from sinking below the keyboard is important to me. I had to cut my previous keyboard cover to fit the new Mac, but the Allinside Keyboard Cover Skin for 2020 MacBook Pro 13" A2251 fits my model perfectly. One bit of advice though, don't close the cover when you step away from your computer. I've read that it can trap heat and cause problems. If you are packing up the computer to take with you, it's smart to shut it down and let it sit for a few minutes before closing the cover - or take the keyboard cover off being careful not to stretch it out of shape or contaminate it with dirt or oil. I was very happy to find this product and order one to use and one to have in reserve!

It completely blocks the keyboard backlight, so if you need to see the keys in the dark, you’ll want a transparent cover instead. Also, I’m a fast typist, and this cover makes the key edges feel raised while the centers feel slightly sunk in — the keyboard itself doesn’t have this issue without the cover. Because of that, my fingers don’t glide smoothly and keep catching on the raised edges.

I cannot stand the MacBook keyboard! I loved the colors so I figured it’d give it a try. It stays in place perfectly. The colors match the photo and are cute it’s helped me a lot with typing as my fingers no longer slip on the keys.
