Just received and used my "Slam Ball" for the first time. I ordered this as I'm starting to get back in the gym routine. The first thing I noticed about this ball is the texture. It has several grips on there but the material itself is not slick which is great to avoid it slipping out of your hands. It looks and feels very sturdy & durable which is something I worried about originally when purchasing it at this price but the quality is much better than I expected. A++

This Slamball is quality; very durable and I get a better workout from using it than I do going to the gym. Of course with the right workout; which I got from the Internet; you can't go wrong. Very satisfied!

The weight moves around. It probably says it has sand or something in it because that's what it feels like. That movement helps keep the core engaged. I mainly use the ball during warmups to go around in circles (like these but more hinging to shift the weight into the thigh) for mobility. The ball is perfect and for me the weight is great. I am 5'4", 120lbs, and can do 50 pushups, if that helps you with the weight. It's not heavy and not light. By the end of three sets of 6 (and I go slow) my HR is getting close to zone 3

We loved the product, my son needed to practice for a fitness test. It was perfect and withstood being thrown in a park. It was easy for him to hold. It was hauled over a long distance and landed on grass and it endured all that and we now use it in our home gym. I would definitely recommend it. Very durable! I will be buying the 8lb one next!!!

I just received this Medicine Ball and it is very solid. I like the ridges on the surface which ensures a good grip when exercising. I recommend this product. No disappointment here. I ordered a lower weight one as well.
