It cuts beautifully. It is extremely sharp however, so handle with caution.

Knife got chipped,how to get replacement ?

Mine also got chipped during first use.

When mine arrived the booklet stated it was RC 56. I called the company to confirm, it is indeed RC 56. I wanted it to be as advertised, but it has thus far retained a great edge. I am pleased with it.
