Relatively easy to install. Had to look up install video on YouTube. But it was pretty easy with the right tools. Took my Camaro RS to the next level. Had I stalled for almost two years with… no issues whatsoever!!!

I have a 2012 Transformers Edition Camaro and the first question people ask me (after they ask if it really transforms) is why it doesn't have fog lights. Daytime running lights are nice, but I have always wished that I could have fog lights as well. Now I do! It literally took me all of 5 minutes to add this harness following the very simple instructions in the Product Description. Of course I'd like to be able to control when the lights come on, but this was such an economical and easy solution that I am more than pleased with it. The harness itself feels like a quality product and it fit perfectly. Now my Bumblebee looks extra angry at night!

Installed on my 2012 Camaro SS. It does exactly what is claims. It leaves just the DTRL's on during the day, and at night it runs the DTRL with the headlights. While it doesn't really do anything to improve the lighting, it's not meant to, it just enhances the look of the front lighting scheme at night. For installatin, just remove a couple of screws holding the passenger side front fender liner in place, pull the liner back to access the harness, unplug, plug this in, and replace the screws, done. about a 15min project.

This is one of those things where everyone expects you to just know stuff. The instructions say to simply "disconnect" the old harness, missing some important tips to make it easy. On the stock connector you have to disconnect, slide the white plastic bar towards the back, and then push down on the area just under the white bar you slid back. This will release the little plastic barb that holds the connector in so you can wiggle the connector off. A bright flashlight should help, but you may find it difficult to do with one hand. When you reassemble, make sure to push that white bar back into place to lock the connector. Push it in tight or else water can get in and corrode the inside over time. At least this is the way it was on my 2013 SS1+RS. Otherwise, this was a relatively easy and inexpensive solution.

Easy install 2 minutes plug and play

This is absolutely one of the best purchases I have made for my 5th gen Camaro SS. I put this in along with some LED fog light bulbs to replace the incandescents. What an awesome combination. Now my halo headlights and fog lights match in color, and with this harness I have a lot more option of which lights to have on. I can finally have my daytime running lights (the fogs) along with my headlights! Car looks much better at night with both sets of lights on, instead of the annoying factory wiring that only allowed one at a time to be on, not to mention with the LEDs on the bottom I can see the road much better at night as well. It still retains the ability to turn all lights off completely, or have just the fog lights or just have the headlights on. A perfect upgrade. Super easy plug and play install behind the fender liners, and this harness feels very high quality.

It's not very often you come across an item that is inexpensive, works great, and is easy to install, but this is one of those. This harness is literally a 5 minute job that turns your daytime running lights into usable fog lights. They look great! I'm very happy with this purchase.
