I have noticed no difference, so I will stick to omega 3. This is not worth the price in my experience.

It is definitely expensive but it works to reduce inflammation and associated pain. I keep a bottle at home for when I have inflammation flares and take two twice a day for the first 3 days then reduce down to the normal dose. There are multiple studies showing the effectiveness of SPM’s to reduce inflammation, speed up healing and reduce pain. Good product that reduces my need to take NSAIDS such as ibuprofen.

This is a great supplement for lowering inflammation. If you need just one fish oil, this is the one.

I have taken ibuprofen lots of days for joint pain. Since taking this product, about 6 weeks now I have not had to take one! I have had a Tylenol for a mild headache, but that’s all. This product is amazing!

The vitamin is easy to swallow. Does have a slight fish taste. Seems to help my pain and memory has improved. I like only having to take one capsule.
