First off, to anyone hesitant about buying an Amazon “Used – Like New” product — don’t be! I’ve purchased several items this way, and every single one, including this RockJam keyboard, arrived in mint, untouched condition, sealed in the original packaging. You’re basically getting a brand-new product at a discount — it’s an incredible deal! As for the keyboard itself, I’m very impressed. It comes with everything you need to start playing right away — bench, headphones, sustain pedal, and access to Simply Piano lessons. My 6-year-old daughter is a beginner taking piano lessons, and this set is absolutely perfect for her skill level. The keys are responsive, the sound quality is great for practice, and having all the accessories included makes setup super convenient. We’ve only had it for about a week, but so far, no complaints at all. It’s fun, functional, and a great value for both kids and beginners learning to play.

This is such a great keyboard. I am putting it together for my son to have on Christmas and I know he’s going to be sooooo happy. The keyboard has so many beautiful sounding speakers and comes with headphones for him to quietly play lol. The quality of the keyboard&sheet music stand is so much more than what I was expecting. I love the stickers to label keys. There’s quality accessories, and a QR code inside box for free music lesson)…the keyboard stand itself, and the stool it came with are great too.

My twins were taking an interest in music, so I knew I had to get them an instrument for their 8th birthday. I looked at so many keyboards and had the hardest time choosing between this set and a Casio keyboard. Honestly, this just seemed like a cheap set, while the Casio has touch response keys, which make it more similar to a real piano. Although the Casio was more expensive, I almost got that, but in the end, I chose Rock Jam and am very satisfied. This comes with everything you need! Keyboard, stand, bench, headphones, and sustain pedal. I think the sound is great! It's so easy for my daughters to use and I got them a few piano books, so they're really enjoying it. They're true beginners, but have been playing every day, and in just a few days, they could play some simple Christmas songs. It's a wonderful hobby and so great for their little minds. My 3 year old loves to sit down and play too! Down the road, I might buy the Casio, but for now, this set is perfect for learning and it was affordable, so we're very happy with it. :)

I’m giving this 4/5 stars for what it is, a beginner keyboard that’s afordable. These remind me of the cheap keyboards you used to find in electronics stores and malls. The sound is passable, the sample quality and selection is adequate, and the tinny cheap speakers make it sound thin and treblely. Which is what you’re paying for at this price. The value comes from having a seat and headphones included. I’m a former professional musician and I realize it’s unfair to compare this with professional quality gear, but some people might like to know. Don’t think you’re getting anything that will be sufficient for a live gig. But hey, it’s for a kid who’s starting out. Parents know that most of the time a kid gives up on a hobby so don’t waste a lot of money up front. You have to test the waters first. Heck, my parents made me use sticks and a $20 drum pad for a year before I got a full drum set. Which gave me time to focus on rudaments, timing and sight reading sheet music. By the time I reached high school I was playing professionally at large county fairs, doing studio work for local musicians and performing around the state.. Point is, you do NOT need top of the line gear to start out, no matter how much a kid might insist. If they enjoy it and have talent, then eventually you can upgrade. This is a good place to start. One annoying thing for me is the power light. For some reason it’s backwards, they have RED for the one position and BLUE for the off position. No other electronic device does this, very strange and we often leave the keyboard on because it looks like it’s off. I don’t like the touch controls, but that’s a personal preference. Would prefer real buttons for kids.

I bought this piano for my nephew, and he, along with his older siblings, enjoyed playing it individually. The free lesson offered cost $150 or less, which I felt was a bit steep. However, his mother is now considering enrolling him in piano lessons. Having this piano accessible at home makes it a worthwhile purchase.

Purchased keyboard on 03/21/25. Sound on keyboard stopped working in August. Contacted vendor and vendor will not help since keyboard is past 30 days from purchased date. Called Amazon and spoke to Joy who advised me to call insurance company Asurion. Called today 10/20/25 at 11:47 am was put in que for next representative. I finally hung up at 1:07 pm because no one ever answered my call. I would not buy any products from this vendor have not had a good experience.
