Zinc supp
I find the zinc level a too high, compared to the copper ratio, since zinc might interfere/compete with copper absorption. I should have researched more before I purchased. I get a bit bloated no matter if I take it with, or, with food, but, that is just my luck. I will buy separate forms of supplements for my use, in future. In the meantime, I will just use half a capsule a day, which is easier on my body.

I’m love love this purchase. It’s 1 pill a day! There is 240 pills. Almost a year supply. I take these to heal my thyroid and it works. Blood work came back perfect. Easy to swallow!

If you are zinc deficient this supplement could be a major improvement to your life! I've noticed two things. More testosterone and I fall to sleep much quicker. These effects are supported by the science. We'll see if my hair stops falling out as well.
