Broil King 18631 Stainless Steel Tube-in-Tube Burner for Baron and Crown Series Gas Grills

Bought my grill in 2014 and it had a great run until this past year 2019 when the burners started to wear a bit. This part is not difficult to find per-se, but the pictures provided are not always accurate. I was ready to have to MAKE this fit, but it was the exact replacement part after all. The tab on the tail end is angled up, unlike what the picture shows. Works great, burns like the original.

I had one burner crack on my grill and this fit perfectly. In and out in less than a minute. If you have a broil king baron grill this just drops right in.

Fit perfectly in my 5 year old grill.

Be patient and go slowly. Also, get a shop vac and clean out as much crap as you can prior to replacing the burner tubes.

I cannot find the compatibility chart for this Broil King burner. The model number for my Broil King grill is 9865-54. The part number listed does not match the OEM part number (10390-E20). I am also looking for a compatible collector box OEM part number (103420-E400). Can you assist in identifying compatible replacement parts. Thank you.

I bought 1 then had to buy the rest of the set because it became obvious how bad the others were. They are better than the originals and very solid. My baron 440 is better than new.

The hardest part of installing these was removing the hardware on the old burners. the new burners installed easily and bring the grill back to original performance.
