Excellent item easy to assemble good value

Takes a bit of construction but great quality and good size. Our grandson loved it!

With our grandson approaching his first birthday, we wanted to get him a classic wooden rocking horse. So many of those available were too "fluffy" for what we wanted. But there are still plenty to choose from. After much deliberation and reading of reviews, we opted for this one. With trepidation. You don't know until you have it whether it is as good as it looks in the seller photos. And you don't know how easy or difficult it really is to assemble. It is incredibly well designed. It makes assembling it (even for me - the least practical man in existence) an absolute doddle. It even comes with some spare pieces for the small parts you're most likely to misplace while assembling it. The whole thing is a dream to put together. I had one small issue during the assembly, which was a tiny quality control issue. We could have lived with it, but this was for our grandson's first birthday! We wanted it sorted if possible. I contacted customer service by email (as advised in the booklet that it comes with) late the evening I assembled it. Next morning, I had a reply waiting and the issue was sorted. Absolutely outstanding customer service to match the great design. None of which would have counted for much if our grandson didn't take to his birthday present! But he loves it! He was rocking away (with Mummy's or Daddy's help) as soon as he sat in it. And then he was happy to rock on his own. We love the giggles and smiles it generates from him! I rarely write reviews on any platform. It takes something special or something awful to prompt me to do so. This item and this seller are both special.

The back screw sticks out and the wood is not holding straight at the back. This could be dangerous as sharp. We had to assemble it on Christmas day and then as assembling it found that it doesn't hold well. Ideally we should get a refund for this

awful quality and not fit for purpose. Looks great (agreed) but the build quality is shocking. The screws don’t stay in the holes and even after tightening them for the millionth time, I have just found my 13 months old baby with a sharp screw in his mouth. It is very easy for them to rock onto their toes, which has resulted in many tears. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DEATH TRAP

Schönes, kleines Schaukelpferd. Tolle Verarbeitung- dadurch unkomplizierter Aufbau. Sieht wertig aus und wird hoffentlich gerne bespielt.
