What's the difference between the three different blades offered?

I do not know the country it was manufactured in, I can tell you the knives are sharp, the swivel works well. Would recommend.

Will this debur ¼” holes, inside and outside walls, of copper pipe? Thank you.

Yes it works very well on soft metals like aluminum, brass and copper. The smallest holes I have used it on was 5mm. I suppose it will still work on 4mm holes but I haven't tried it yet.

I want to deburr slots down to 1.5mm on 3d printer plastic. What style of blades will accomplish this?

I only work with ferrous and non-ferrous metal. I am not familiar with deburring plastic.

Great deburring kit — clean, quick results on metal and plastic

I bought the AFA Tooling Deburring Tool Kit mainly for cleaning up edges on PVC plumbing pipe and 3D printed parts, and I’ve been really impressed with how well it works. The handle feels comfortable and solid in the hand, and the blades fit securely with no wobble. The BS1010 HSS blades are sharp and remove burrs cleanly without digging in or leaving rough marks behind. It makes a noticeable difference straight away — especially on 3D prints where little edges and stringy bits can ruin the finish.
