Great quality, rugged design
I am a watch fanatic. I own several Rolex, a few Panerai, and one Blancpain. I bought this watch to add to my collection, but wasn’t sure I was going to be impressed by the quality. WOW! This is a legit amazing and beautiful watch. Has a very nice movement and just feels rugged and amazing on my wrist. I removed three links. I had to be a little patient with that process, but it turned out to be a great fit. Thank you Pantor. GREAT WATCH!!!

Fantastic stainless steel automatic diver with a sexy bracelet for the money
Overall I am extremely happy with this watch. It feels and looks very high quality, and it is very easy to tell where your money went within this watch. The steel is very solid, and doesn't get dinged up/scratched from you banging this thing against the underside of tables/desks, or random objects. The bracelet is very unique, very intricate, and looks great. The lume on the watch is fantastic, and the dial face is very bright and easy to read. The screw down crown is very study, and does not feel "flimsy" but any means. And the Miyota 9015 movement is very respectable, and does the job just fine. This is a tank of watch, it has a good solid weight to it, but it is not overly heavy IMO. I am a skinnier dude, 6'2 @ 185 with smaller wrists, and this watch looks just fine on my wrist, and the weight doesn't bother me at all.

Beautiful watch. Honestly
When I first saw this watch while shopping for divers, I thought it would be ridiculous to buy this. Weeks passed...now I own it. I have just under a 7" wrist. Tiny wrist, huge watch. Heavy watch. Beautiful watch. Honestly, everyone says "Oh you're getting so much watch for the price" on watches with their same movement, same water resistance (Seiko cough cough) same size, possible different looks that vary ~$200. With this though, you REALLY ARE getting so much for what you pay. Beautiful Lume, respectable Japanese movement (see product description, Miyota something something) saphire glass so it'll be harder to scratch, and most notably, 1000m depth resistance. Many will say "you'll never go that deep though, that's pointless, 200m is plenty." Ah and right you may be, but, I could. I probably never will *but I could*. Honestly for most this is more cool factor than anything else, and everyone knows, the most important thing is to look cool. Speaking of looking cool, the blue bezel has an iridescent finish on it, and just screams "ocean". In one light it's a very royal blue, and in another it's very sea green. The bracelet has to be one of my favorite ones that can come with a watch, it doesn't grab arm hair despite it looking like a hair magnet, and very sharp appearance. I typically don't like replacing bands on my watches, and putting a NATO or Zulu band on this deserves a burn at the stake. One might ask "Hey, don't all those links make it really hard to resize?" Nope. Line them up, place your pin, and shimmy. A monkey could do it. Clasp is quite large, kind of a shame they took away space from their beautiful bracelet and putting in the honkin clasp. But! This is for a reason, the lower buttons are for a divers extension, and that is going to be pretty nifty when I go back to east coast, where it is currently snowing. A lot of wariness about the weight, the size, and honestly, this is probably the biggest watch I own, and I'm not feeling weird with it on. It's going to be a bigger watch for that 1000m resistance, and if you're a little too worried about it, the Sealion is an excellent choice. 5 stars, no regrets, shipping was BEYOND excellent (watchmall I think?) I mean I ordered it on a Friday night and it showed up on Monday, which gave me less time to get cold feet about a watch that costs as much as the new gun you've been eyeing. All jokes aside, if you're seriously considering buying this watch, go for it. Sure, it's micro brand, sure it's "Chinese". You're getting the capability and ***QUALITY*** $1000+ watch. Enjoy.

Buyer beware
Beautiful watch, feels heavy, well made and had a very nice look. Problems for me are, 1) the hands have a chrome look to them and it doesn’t match anything else on the watch 2) the stem feels like it wants to cross thread when you screw it back in. Hard to turn and has horrible machine work.

Good looking watch with some accuracy issues
I found this product online while reading about different dive watches. I had read that Pantor was a smaller company that was specializing in dive watches, while keeping quality and price in mind. My understanding was that they were making a 1000m dive rated watch in Hong Kong, while using a Japanese automatic movement. I purchased this watch and everything shipped quick and arrived in one piece. Straight out of the box I was impressed and found that it matched the listing exactly. The whole watch is stainless steel, with a sapphire crystal. The bracelet is a unique mesh linked set up with a divers extension. The wet/dry suit extension is easily extended by pushing down on the tabs and pulling. This is much preferred to the difficult link that Seiko has on the Samurai. On the clasp there is a large seahorse engraved onto the top of the clasp, and “Pantor” on the extension. The crown is located at the 4 o’clock position with a seahorse engraved on it, and well protected by two large lugs. As for wearing this piece, the body is 45mm, which is one of the larger watches I have. With that size does come a considerable amount of weight, however, with its water rating, I don’t think it could be much lighter. My overall impression of this watch is not great. I have several other watches, which are meant for several types of purposes. In comparison to my other dive watch, I don’t feel like it is as high quality. As I do like the look and feel of this watch, I find that it does not keep times as well as my others. I keep my watches in a case, with the automatics kept on rotating lugs to keep them wound. I placed this watch there and came back after a week to find it was behind by about 80 hours. Although this isn’t a huge issue, I expected better. Because of this, I felt the need to dock it a star in its review. Overall I will say that this is an extremely good looking watch, with an impressive depth rating. Due to the inaccuracy that I have experienced with this watch however, I cannot agree with the price. I am unsure if I will do business with Pantor again.

Super massive und sehr gut verarbeitete Uhr. Preis/Leistung top. Aussergewöhnlich schönes Edelstahlband. Angenehmer Tragekomfort. Hätte eine solche hochwertige Fertigung den Chinesen garnicht zugetraut.

As a former professional diving instructor, I have owned several good diving watches over the years, including the Omega Seamaster and the original Seiko quartz diver which I’ve just refurbished– still going after 43 years. The Pantor Seahorse is in a class of its own. Less than 20% Of the price of my former favourite, the Omega, it is a superb tool. Some people will be unhappy with its “bulkiness“, but for me it’s part of the attraction. And the bracelet is a beautifully engineered addition. My only reservation is that the bezel is not ceramic, So has already received a couple of scratches from fairly light contact. All in all, very happy with the watch, and with the after sales service from the manufacturer when I raised a couple of queries regarding technical aspects. Highly recommended; it really is a very “present“ force on the wrist, even if you’re only a “desk diver”. Looks great and does an excellent job.
