Well I tried it today can't say about any side effects but I would say its decent as it was easily mixable and also I went for their original mixer/shaker which was around 200 so didn't had any lums and if we talk about taste it was very light i can say it tasted just like water with chocolate hint unless u just use 100-200ml water i used 300ml and Protien powder in it self smell very nice but I don't why after mixing it in water u can smell chemicals or you can say taste chemicals I don't know if that's a bad thing but soon will try more brands then I will update thisUpdate: i personally feel nakpro gold is better, i didnt had atom since this review so i don’t know if they improved recipe or not but i had many others including nakpro, and i would say nakpro didnt had any chemically taste ive tried 2 flavours and liked both also only mentioning nakpro because thats the only one i had in this price range others like GNC and ON were expensive and obviously better.

The product just tastes awful and it's smell makes me feel like puking.Horrible experience and I suggest not to buy atom supplements ,instead big muscles is a better choice for beginners and its taste is also good.

As a beginner with the protein supplement.. it is good with taste and easy to digest without any workout. As I have used to have it while I am on bed rest.. I am not doing any physical activity. I feel its a good supplement for a beginner. Although I don't have much knowledge about the protein supplement.

No smell little bit foamy on mixability side but overall best protein powder for beginners or elderly person nutrition wise it is balanced with its enzyme blend it's easy to digest with no side effects it's totally worth of every penny but on long run you need to use isolate as it only have 15g of protein in one serving which is 37g as labelled in packaging
