It works super great and flosses and cleans my teeth so well! Although it’s only downfall I came across is that after year of having it I got it last February 2025, it now has a crack in the bottom of the tube you fill with water. And I have never dropped it or anything. So over time it seems like the water tube at the bottom cracked just due to a quality issue.

Using it for the first time was surprising. I started on a lower pressure setting to get used to it, but even that felt effective. The water jet pulses at an impressive rate (up to 3000 beats per minute!), and you can feel it powerfully yet gently cleaning between your teeth and along the gumline. Working my way up to a higher pressure revealed just how much debris and plaque was still hiding after brushing. The 360-degree rotating nozzle makes it easy to reach every surface, even those tricky spots in the back. The impact on my gum health and overall feeling of cleanliness has been remarkable. My gums look and feel healthier, less prone to sensitivity. My teeth feel incredibly smooth and clean, like I've just had a professional cleaning. I’ve been using this water flosser since March 2024, and it’s still working great. The flushing force is adjustable, and the highest setting is impressively powerful. It also feels much more durable than my previous flosser, which broke after only six months. The only drawback is that after filling it with water, the top section can be tricky to snap into place—I often have to try several times to get it aligned correctly. A scale or guide mark would make this much easier. Overall, I’m very satisfied with its performance and durability.

It works, stimulates th gums, etc. It is much better than the old water pick. But it is not a complete flossing substitute, and you still have that messy problem of water running out of your mouth, down your fingers and hopefully not down your arm. Takes some practice to get it right.

I bought this water flosser and it only worked on the first day. The next day it completely stopped working – the motor still makes noise, but there is no water pressure, no suction, nothing at all. It’s basically useless after one use. I tried everything: cleaning it, refilling the tank, checking all parts, but nothing worked. This seems like a serious quality issue or a manufacturing defect. It’s extremely frustrating to spend money on a product that breaks immediately. Instead of helping with dental hygiene, it ends up being a complete waste of money. I do NOT recommend this product to anyone. If you want something reliable, go for a well-known brand like Waterpik instead. Avoid this product if you don’t want to waste your money and deal with frustration.
