I use this as a snack between meals to keep my hunger pangs at bay. For those of us on a calorie deficit, this is a God sent.As for taste, it's nothing like buttermilk which we usually have. Taste is not bad, but it's consistency is more like thick curd, which makes sense given the high protein content. I think most people will like the taste.At the time of writing this review, this wasn't available on Amazon, so I went to amul's website and got it there. Firstly the packaging is 2.5 months old, that is very sad considering this product remains out of stock most of the times.Coming to the taste and consistency. It is extremely thick and nearly impossible to drink with the straw attached to it. The taste is bland and it tastes more like plain yogurt with a slight sour smell rather than buttermilk.. I've always consumed amul's traditional buttermilk and it's way better than this. This product is a serious disappointment. Won't recommend at all.
