The 'effectiveness' of this product should shine through if you're lacking these pancreatic enzymes.
Having been in the supplements industry, it is sometimes very difficult to explain to people why the nutritional potency levels of enzymes are so complicated to relay to the average consumer; for comparison purposes. So, it's not simple to explain why the three enzymes in this complex all use differing unit, measurement or conversion terms. As it's not all about weight (mg or grams) translating into potency; as the differing terms could relate to speed and activity of the enzyme, instead. Now, instead of getting another review 'completely deleted' by going into too much detail, (and I'm almost blind; so, it takes me hours to re-submit) just be assured that just one of these capsules per-meal per-day is sufficient for 60-days of supply per 180-capsule pot; and that this guaranteed potency is sufficient. Furthermore, this is a 'vegetarian' version of pancreatic enzymes; which is 'not' impossible to find, but most will contain animal content. So, you're paying more for this factor, and for almost long-enough to determine whether these enzymes will actually work for you. If you 'really' need pancreatic enzymes, then use this particular Pure Encapsulations product as an initial trial, if nothing else; as this brand will definitely tell you if these enzymes are working, as they're from one of the most trusted brands. I almost guarantee that if they do work for you, (because you really need them) that you will return when almost all but the very premium brands don't end-up working; and/or when the inferior brands end-up costing about the same, or even more than these. So, even though these are not cheap by any means; the simplicity and most importantly, the 'effectiveness' of this product should shine through if you're lacking these pancreatic enzymes on a continual basis.

Good quality veg derived digestive enzyme supplement.
I’ve used these Pure Encapsulations High-Strength Vegetarian Pancreatic Enzymes recently and I’m pleased with them. The capsules are tiny 1.5cm wide, are super easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. They contain a vegetarian-friendly mix of digestive enzymes including lipase, amylase and protease that deliver high potency and has helped with my digestion after heavier meals. These are 'Vegenzymes' too, so are non-animal based enzymes. They definitely help reduce bloating and discomfort and should definitely aid better nutrient absorption. They're a little bit pricey at £65.42 at time of review for a container of 180 capsules. I've enjoyed using this and would recommend it if you're looking for a vegetarian enzyme option to support your digestion.

Plant-Based Digestive Enzymes
Digestion support can be useful if intermittently fasting eating once or twice per day and/or eating large/heavy meals. It is recommended to take one capsule, 3 times daily at the beginning of each meal, however I have been taking one to two per day after a large meal. I’ve not noticed any poor effects whilst taking these for a about two weeks - I feel they’ve helped me digest heavier meals of the holiday period without any issues or bloating etc. The capsules are incredibly small making them very easy to take, & the brand is well known to produce quality supplements - Overall, these seem to be well formulated if you want to try them out to help aid digestion and require them to be vegetarian, but they are a more costly option due to this.

Plant-based support for smooth digestion
Most pancreatic enzymes on the market are made from pork, so finding a high quality vegan alternative that actually matches that enzyme profile is a real win. At around £65 for 180 capsules, it is definitely a premium investment, but the quality of the ingredients and the lack of fillers make it feel like a genuine value for long-term health. The capsules use a special acid resistant coating, which is a great preventative feature because it ensures the enzymes aren't destroyed by stomach acid before they reach your intestines where they are needed most. I found that taking one capsule right at the start of each meal significantly helps with that heavy, bloated feeling you can get after eating proteins or fats. They are a standard size and very easy to swallow, and I haven't experienced any of the typical stomach upset that sometimes comes with lower quality digestive aids. Since the brand is so strict with their testing, you know you aren't getting any hidden gluten, soy, or dairy, which is essential if you have a sensitive gut. It is a very reliable and clean formula that has made a noticeable difference in my overall digestive comfort.

Effective vegetarian enzyme alternative
Finding a vegetarian alternative to pancreatic enzymes that actually works can be tricky, but this formula does the job most of the time. It contains a blend of proteases, lipases and amylases to cover protein, fat and carbohydrate digestion. I use it with larger meals or when eating foods that typically give me trouble, and it noticeably reduces bloating and discomfort, it does work most of the time, a few times I have noticed no impact, not sure why. The capsules are average size and I take one or two at the start of a meal depending on how heavy it is. 180 capsules means the bottle lasts ages since you're not using them with every single meal. If you've had your gallbladder removed or struggle with fat digestion specifically, the lipase content here is useful. Clean formula without animal derived enzymes, which is harder to find than you'd expect.
