No me creí las críticas que decían que tenía fugas, y me equivoqué. ¡Gotea horriblemente! No compren este modelo. El punto de fijación en la parte inferior del mango tiene fugas. Lo cambié por un modelo con el asa unida solo a la parte superior. El filtro es excelente, pero la jarra es terrible. Es como si a los ingenieros no les importara el diseño del producto, sólo la función del filtro. No hay ninguna alegría en el uso de este producto. Es un producto sin alegría. Podría ser un producto de primera clase en todos los hogares (el agua sabe tan bien) si la jarra fuera más fácil de usar y no tuviera fugas.

I have been using Round Zero Water Jug with water filter for very a long time and I love this product until these days.

It's worth every penny to get water like this. The filter is easy to install. It comes with a TDS tester so you always know the quality of water you're getting and when to change the filter. I've been using this for about 3 months and just had the change the filter so they last a good amount of time depending on how much water you go through. You do need to be careful when pouring water- make sure all the water in the top has gone through otherwise the unfiltered water might spill over and into your glass. But otherwise, it's a great design and works exactly as advertised. No more drinking lead!

ZeroWater Customer Service is good! I got the filter pitcher, but then found out that the pitcher was defective, and leaked at the bottom, wasting filtered water and making a mess. I emailed customer service and linked my order number, and within 3 days I received a response email and another email saying that my replacement package was on the way. I asked for a new pitcher, since the filter was fine, but today I received a complete 10-cup item, including both filter and pitcher. This pitcher does not leak. It does seem to have the same design at the base of the handle, only this replacement pitcher is sealed where the opaque plastic handle piece meets the transparent plastic handle section, so I'm not wasting filtered water with this pitcher. All things considered, I'm very pleased with this purchase. A tip for carrying it when you have water in the upper chamber waiting to go through the filter- don't try to hold it perfectly upright and perpendicular to the ground. Your walking will slosh some water up and out onto your hand. Instead, just let it tilt a little bit forward, as there is no opening there in the top. This is a comfortable design for carrying it, but I did spill some water because I was trying to be careful when carrying it. Original Review: I just received the item yesterday, and I tried it out. The filter works great, but the pitcher into which the water is filtered and dispensed has a hole in the bottom at the base of the handle. Apparently other people have had this issue as well. I have sent an email to customer support, and will update my review when or if I hear back and when or if I get a replacement pitcher which does not have a gap which causes water to spill at a rather fast rate. Update: I received a response to my email on the third business day after my email was sent. I responded promptly to their follow-up email confirming the details of my pitcher size and mailing address, and within 5 minutes, I received another email saying my order for 1 free replacement pitcher was confirmed. I will update again when I receive the replacement.

this is one of the better water filter jugs by Zero water, as you don't have to remove the lid to refill the jug just flip open the small door excellent idea.
