It’s often found in energy drinks that gets you going. Digging deeper, Taurine plays a role in achieving & maintaining a healthy body composition. It does this by digesting fat & absorbing fat soluble minerals. Taurine also regulates mineral balance, especially calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium. • Taurine is also a popular training aid for weight lifters and other athletes. It performs as a cell volumizer, drawing water into the muscles and leading to greater nutrient absorption. As the muscles become more hydrated, this also helps to prevent protein break down and enhances natural protein synthesis. • As electrolyte transport increases, another positive effect is the delayed onset of any possible muscle cramping that would ordinarily occur during endurance training. • There are medications that bodybuilders take such as Clenbuterol, which actually depletes the amount of taurine in the liver, which is essential to your body. so it is a MUST to supplement Taurine. As mentioned above in my pros section, this is unflavored & does NOT have any chemical taste, in fact, this is truly unflavored & mixability is very good. Came well within the expiration date & very cost effective. I will continue to buy this & I highly recommend this. —————————————---———————-— Personal Note: ——————--———————————--———— • As mentioned above, I use this very often. I will take 2000mg and add it to my pre-workout, that is of course, if my pre doesn’t have an adequate dose in it already. I do not use this on Non-training days but you definitely can.

I have a 14 year old amputee and since he started taurine, he is much more energetic and jumps to location that he’s avoided for years. It’s so wonderful to see his improvement. The absolute best is when he gets the “zoomies!” I can even see a change in his facial expressions! My dear Pickles will definitely continue on this! My only suggestion to the manufacturer would be to color the little scoop blue to match the labels. Looking for a white scoop in white powder in a white jar can be problematic. By the way, we will continue it regardless. Mosie, my 7-year old cat, waits to eat until I’ve sprinkled her taurine on breakfast! Great product at a reasonable price! 💜🐾💜

I get this for my cat. Pure taurine, human grade quality, and less expensive than the stuff marketed for cats. I just mix it in his wet food.
