Lenny & Larry's The Complete Cremes®, Sandwich Cookies, Vanilla, Vegan, 5g Plant Protein, 6 Cookies Per Pack (Box of 12)

A delicious little snack. Macros are not the best, but better than actual cookies when I'm indulging. They are not as tasty as real Oreos, but for a protein snack, I'll take it. Some artificial sweetener taste, which does not bother me, but might be a caution for someone who is sensitive to it.

Nasty nasty NASTY!!!! Inedible pucks of nastiness. I cannot leave ZERO stars? I wish I could. These things are horrible. Where to start? How about they taste NOTHING like what they are meant to represent. I will not mention the popular brand name of the sandwhich cookie, but these things don't even taste anywhere near those. They don't taste anything anywhere near edible, either. The flavor is horrible. You cannot tell if they MEANT for these to taste this way on purpose, or if these somehow slipped through quality control. Because of this, I am reluctant to tey Lenny & Larry's other products in abject fear they would all be just as bad, if not worse. The sad thing is that I bought a case and tried to pawn them off. I gave these things to two friends and they asked why I seemed to HATE them in trying to give these to them. I told them these were supposed to be a protein cookie, and they laughed followed with how they both said they would never eat these things again. Funny enough, neither will I. I absolutely recommend AVOIDING these things.

They taste good and a couple of these cookies hit the spot. However, I’m not sure if the box I got is old or if they are usually slightly stale-tasting. I am enjoying the sweetness of the cookies overall and the added protein, despite the extra firm and crumbly texture.

Very hard to chew it

These chocolate creme cookies are perfect in the morning with coffee or a cold glass of oatmilk. For me, they are better than Oreos for two reasons. One is for the protein; great for energy in the morning. And two, they aren’t super sweet like Oreos. I can eat a whole pack of these and my mouth is completely unfazed. But my tongue is quite happy!

I like these vanilla cookies, however, lately the quality is not consistent. some of them kind of lose their crunch like they are stale. Sometimes one of them will have a large chunk of salt in the filling which is not very tasty. A lot of times the cookies are broken. I guess from the shipping. And most recently the batch I received not only had large chunks of salt distributed through the cookie or the filling. In one package there were only five cookies instead of six. And then another pack two of what should’ve been complete cookies did not have the filling . So four of the cookies were correctly filled and then there were just four plane cookies. I’m not sure what’s going on, but this is not very satisfactory. I have been purchasing these for sometime and it’s only lately that I’ve run into these Quality issues.
