came in shrink wrap and never came back to good enough shape to give as a gift
Completely mashed by the shrink wrap. Never returned to adequate shape. Tummy was sunk in without any stuffing and head listed to the side. You took a very good teddy bear (as appeared in picture and description) and ruined it. I would give (0 stars) but wasn't available.

Looks like Shrek as a monkey…
it comes in a vacuum sealed plastic bag that crushes all the features (we ended up removing the hearts because they were so wrinkled that you couldn’t even see what they said). Very soft but doesn’t hold its shape. Overall disappointing value for the money.
