I recommend this to anyone who has kids that have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep! Put on an hour before bed and watch your kids relax and fall a sleep . My son has adhd and they always recommended melatonin for bed and most dont know that a side effect of some adhd meds is night terrors with melatonin .. so I moved to magnesium and it has worked wonders hes been on it for about a year now and he loves that he can roll it on himself and just rub it in to his skin.

I first purchased this for my granddaughter who has trouble sleeping. It worked well. My husband and I have even started using it. Definitely helps sleep and seems to help with muscle fatigue. Put it on the bottom of feet in the back of my legs. Great quality and does the job.

It works .my kids like to put it on they think its fun. My 6 year old it works great. Myself as the adult even I have tried it. I haven't had good sleep in while and I used it and I slept better than I have in two weeks. I recommend it. if you roll it on and jus rub it in it doesn't leave a residue. Its nice and has a pleasant smell.

Consistency is that of a slightly watery-lotion. Rub into skin and it absorbs well. no weird scent.

Like others have already said, the smell is a bit off-putting. I bought this for my 6 year old daughter to help with winding her down for bed in the evening. For us, this didn’t work. I had high hopes, but we’ve had better luck with using magnesium gummies.

My spouse did some research and came across this product. I wasn’t really a believer until after the third and fourth time we used it for our 3yr old. She would always wake up every morning at 5:30am ready to start her day. Even on the weekends when everybody likes to sleep in. However, after the first few times we use the product we would have to go wake her up at 9-10am even on the weekends. It also helps her to sleep till her alarm goes off for preschool. This stuff is great for children that are sleepless or don’t get a decent amount of restful sleep. Leave now, incorporated it into our bedtime routine and it has worked amazing wonders. Well it is easy to put it on and rub in. My daughter seems to have less restless legs while sleeping since we started.
