This water based formula has been a favorite of lovers for years, thanks to its superior performance and feel. Water based, this lube is safe to use on any adult toys, with condoms, and for both solo sessions and partner experiences. It washes away easily with water, and the clear formula is non staining for easy cleanup. Review: Reformulated - Twice. - TL;DR: If you bought Astroglide within the last year and it was like water, contact customer support. They just reformulated it and fixed the problem. I'm a long-time user of Astroglide and I'm a bit embarassed to be posting a review, but my recent experience with their customer support was so great, I promised them I would. Original Astroglide included a mystery ingredient known only as "polyquatenium-7" and sometime during the global shakeup of every product and service, the only company in the world that produced pq-7, stopped. Biofilm, the makers of Astroglide, tried everything they could to get a new supply, but to no avail. So they had to change the formula. The new formula uses "polyquaternium-15." However, the first version that includes pq-15 is awful. Even though Astroglide has always been the thinnest most 'natual' feeling lubricant on the market, the new version with pq-15 was too thin by far. I contacted customer support and the experience was just fantastic. They not only refunded my money, they sent me a sampler of their other products to try, and then a few months later they sent me the new-new re-reformulated pq-15 version and I'm here to tell you, it's great. You'd never notice they changed a thing. As someone who was previously a decades-long customer I can now say I'm a customer for life, just based on the fantastic experience, and of course the fact that there's no other product out there to match. Review: Glides like a champ! - First my wife and I tried KY and we were very unhappy. So I decided to look around on desertcart and see what else they had. I came across Astroglide, whom I have heard of before, and read the reviews and decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, this is everything KY is not, in a good way. My complaints with KY is that it needed constant reapplying and got sticky very fast. Astroglide, on the other hand, is awesome. One application is enough to last. And you don't need much either. Often times I use too much on accident. PROS: Lubricates very well (Better than KY) Lasts a long time (Better than KY) Not as sticky (Better than KY) CONS: ...none that I can think of. I highly recommend Astroglide for those...intimate moments. ## Features - Personal lubricant to enhance comfort and ease of intimacy - Acts as moisturizer for vaginal dryness - Water-based, water-soluble, long-lasting, whisper-light, pH-balanced, hormone and petroleum-free - Compatible with condoms; intensifies pleasure and sensitivity for both partners - Includes (2) 5 fl. oz. bottles ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01IQ9G41U | | Additional Features | Long-lasting, extra slick | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,052 in Sexual Lubricants | | Brand | Astroglide | | Brand Name | Astroglide | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 2,593 Reviews | | Item Form | Liquid | | Item Volume | 10 fluid ounces | | Item Weight | 4 ounces | | Manufacturer | BioFilm, Inc | | Manufacturer Part Number | VSASTRO5OZ | | Material Feature | Water Based | | Material Features | Water Based | | Model Number | VSASTRO5OZ | | Number of Items | 2 | | Package Size Name | 5 oz | | Recommended Uses For Product | Sexual Intimacy | | Scent | Unscented | | Scent Name | Unscented | | Special Ingredients | Glycerin, Propylene Glycol | | UPC | 735398078361 015594010168 015594246321 | | Unit Count | 10 Fluid Ounces | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Astroglide - **Item Form:** Liquid - **Material Feature:** Water Based - **Number of Items:** 2 - **Scent:** Unscented ## Images ![Personal Lubricant, 5 Fluid Ounce (Pack of 2) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/811IUAYaRiL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reformulated - Twice. *by C***J on March 7, 2023* TL;DR: If you bought Astroglide within the last year and it was like water, contact customer support. I will definitely buy again in the future. Who doesn’t love the ability to control the amount of lubrication, this helps to offset certain side effects of allergy medication and allows the mood and fun to continue. Its easy to clean up and has no smell. Great product and amazing price. ## Frequently Bought Together - Astroglide Personal Lubricant, 5 Fluid Ounce (Pack of 2) - Astroglide Water Based Lube (12 Fl Oz), Liquid Personal Lubricant, Long-Lasting Sex Lube for Men, Women and Couples, Safe for Toys, Value Size - Astroglide Water Based Flavored (2.5oz), Edible Strawberry Personal Lubricant for Men, Women and Couples, Travel-Friendly Size --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.is/products/40364258-personal-lubricant-5-fluid-ounce-pack-of-2](https://www.desertcart.is/products/40364258-personal-lubricant-5-fluid-ounce-pack-of-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Iceland* *Store origin: IS* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
