Also how do i swap out the side panels?** A: I have two crates and the descriptions definitely said two dividers but each of mine only has one, so that’s definitely a lie, both dividers are fairly warped cause that’s helpful if you want to warp your records (I’ve tried flattening them some improvement but not enough at all) and unless you mean the little windows you can’t switch a side, if you did just turn the little pieces holding them in place. They also show the crate on its side and using it that way which is what I got it for, but besides having to take the handles off ( which I question heavily how trust worthy and reliable they are, they stretch a lot with out a full crate and are definitely going to fail, probably breaking the crate and damaging the vinyl that this is all supposed to protect) and since it’s a “crate” a thought I could use it that way and put my record player on top, well it only takes one finger with a little pressure to see that won’t work since it gives so easily and there is like a 32nd of in clearance, which means the pressure will be put directly on the vinyl. The idea is nice but the product failed and disappointed for all my needs. Not a bad idea but definitely left me let down and I’m frustrated, really kind of a failure on all levels. Maybe someone else will improve on this. Anyone can do better for the money. I should have probably sent them back while I could get a refund. I can’t really recommend this. One of the biggest let downs I’ve ever had with something I’ve spent money, it’s the record storage equivalent of a cereal box toy. **Q: I plan to ship 60 albums cross country. How do prevent the case from collapsing in transit?** A: The case is quite sturdy once it is properly assembled. It won't collapse once properly assembled and unless a lot of weight (over 50-100lbs.) is placed on top of it. I would ship it by placing the case inside a packing box, mainly to keep dirt/dust out. **Q: What are the internal dimensions?** A: The internal dimensions are 12.5" x 12.5" x 12.5". So we have found that albums with sleeves may not fit well. Have a crate day! Following various YouTube videos, I started buying Vinyl Record LP Shipping Mailers (25-pack), Uhaul boxes, tape, and bubble wrap. It was about $36 for the shipping mailer alone, so you can imagine the cost was adding up. So I happened across this product and thought it would save a ton of money and provide the storage I needed.I was so right. This box is PERFECT. It is exactly what I needed to store my records. Each box holds between 80-84 records. It does not come with 2 clear panels, as stated in the description; although, I don't know why you would need it other than for aesthetic purposes. Also, one of my boxes came with rubber handles and screws, but no washer or instructions on how to install them. I also don't see them available for sale anywhere, so it's a waste.In the pictures, you can see the rubber handles I received with screws. I don't know what the white thing is. The blue bag I got for free, probably because I purchased 14 of these. Inside the back in what the last pictures show. I don't know what that's for. I guess it's a table cloth of some kind or it's to line the inside of the box. I also got 1 extra clear panel.
