It's what it says, thin sheet for gaskets. Only gave 4 stars because the sheets are not squarely cut. Otherwise, seem to be of good quality and good value.

Well packed. This is conductive (heat and electric) gasket material.
Most gaskets, like neoprene and nylon, are heat insulators and also electric insulators. This gasket material, on the other hand, conducts both heat and electricity. Good to have on hand in case you need to cut that sort of gasket or to fill a gap.
